Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Statement

As part of the new way of working for Team Doncaster, the Inclusion & Fairness Forum have been tasked with producing a collective, overarching Equality, Diversity & Inclusion Statement to capture the essence and significance of recent events, whilst encouraging each of the member organisations to do more to tackle inequality, disadvantage, and racism through their own policies, processes and practice.

The Inclusion & Fairness Forum have produced a draft Statement and ran a comprehensive consultation from August 11 to September 8 to ensure individuals and communities could have their say and shape the final document.

The full analysis report is attached below along with the final Equality, Diversity and inclusion Statement that was approved at Team Doncaster Gold.
